Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time -
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
- Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of the close of the pre-order date, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates -
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
When placing your order, please consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:
- Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes us 2-3 days; however, some orders may ship within a day or may take up to 5 days.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses -
- CASE Leatherworks, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking -
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter, or contact us for confirmation.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at caseleatherworks.in@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you submit your order again. NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes -
- CASE Leatherworks, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages -
- CASE Leatherworks, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:- We ship orders Worldwide, where shipping rates and arrival times may vary based on location. Please note, there may be delays in estimated arrival dates that are out of our control.
Returns Policy -
- Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days with the exception of pre-orders.
- You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that the product is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
- After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your orders from our distribution center.
- Orders that our system flags may be contacted to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12P CST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays.
